The Global Product and Food Safety team is seeking a Senior Surveillance Testing and Governance Program Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of our surveillance testing program to ensure the safety and quality of our products globally. Your primary duties will include collaborating with third-party laboratories and certifiers to develop comprehensive testing protocols, managing the execution of testing procedures, and analyzing results to identify any potential safety risks or quality issues. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in establishing and managing a robust governance function to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies globally.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in safety risk management, with extensive experience in developing and implementing surveillance testing programs for consumer products. You should have excellent project management skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate activities with internal teams, third-party vendors, and regulatory agencies on a global scale. Additionally, a proven track record of creating and managing governance functions within complex organizations is essential for success in this role. Strong communication and leadership skills are also crucial, as you will be responsible for providing guidance and direction to cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement in product safety and quality assurance processes.
- 6+ years of compliance, audit or risk management experience
- Experience working with Testing, Inspection, and Certification laboratories

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $109,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market.
