WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING | THE ROLE- Top-Notch Sales Representative- Home Improvement

Renewal by Andersen is The Largest Window Manufacturing Company in North America. Due to growth, high demand, and upcoming expansions, we are looking to add dedicated design consultants to our Jacksonville, FL team. We are looking for experienced sales consultants, who are driven by success.  Our Sales Consultants are responsible for conducting in-home consultations with homeowners, providing estimates, sales solutions, and custom design options for their replacement projects. Schedule: Homeowners can schedule appointments 7 days per week Monday - Saturday (Full Time).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Visiting our customers, in their homes, to consult and identify the product that will fit their needs.

· You will have industry leading product samples, support, and technology to assist you in closing the sale.

· Commitment to customer service experience from start to end.

· Use the tools, training and sales methodology and create a connection with the customers to offer our replacement services.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· High School Diploma or Equivalent

·      2+ years of In-Home or Outside Sales Experience

·       A proven track record of closing sales

·       A strong focus on exceeding customer expectations

·       Self-motivation and results orientation

·       A healthy sense of competition—tempered by an equally strong sense of teamwork
