As a Sales Administration Coordinator you will ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to client inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction.

• Review and process sales orders while ensuring deliveries in compliance with the sales administration process;
• Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
• Issuing sales transaction invoices.
• Checking data accuracy in orders and invoice
• Follow-up of customer payments;
• Collecting the necessary information to respond quickly to e-mails and customer/distributor requests;
• Provide accurate order status within an appropriate timeframe;
• Collaboration and interaction with the accounting and logistics departments
• Ensure the proper implementation of our sales policy.
• Maintain and update sales and customer records in the system

Qualifications we’re looking for.  

• Experience: 
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Administrator or Sales Support Agent.
  • Hands on experience with SAP and MS Office (MS Excel in particular).
• Skills: 
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Client centric approach and result orientation.
• Abilities: 
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics.
  • A team player with high level of dedication.
  • Ability to work under strict deadline.
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently.
  • Languages: English and Spanish mandatory and 3rd languages appreciated.
• Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
