Client Service Officer

About the Role
The Client Service Officer is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to clients while assisting the Client Service team with daily sales operations. This role involves close collaboration with the advertising department and B2B media agencies to ensure seamless execution of advertising campaigns and client deals.

Job Description 

• Maintain strong relationships with clients, proactively addressing their needs and requests.
• Manage and process client reporting and valuation requests efficiently.
• Stay updated on client requirements, market trends, and operational environments.
• Coordinate with media agencies to ensure advertising orders align with agreed deals, making adjustments as necessary to meet sales targets.
• Modify or cancel advertising orders based on client or company needs.
• Monitor airtime allocation to prevent overbookings and collaborate with clients to make necessary adjustments.
• Regularly update pricing information in the company’s internal software.
• Work closely with the Program Scheduling Department to align station programming with advertising placements.

• At least 1 of year experience in sales or customer support roles
• Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Office Administration or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Effective organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Confidence in working with numbers and data.
• Good command of English
