About the Role
We are looking for a creative, results-driven Marketing & Communications professional to lead the promotion and visibility of Antenna Media Lab. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and executing integrated marketing strategies that increase engagement in alignment with business objectives. From managing digital campaigns and creating compelling content to overseeing the website and planning recruitment events, you will play a key part in shaping our brand presence across all channels.
Job Description
- Marketing Strategy & Campaigns: Design and implement marketing strategies and digital campaigns (social media, email, paid ads), in line with business objectives, to boost brand visibility and drive student recruitment.
- Content Planning & Creation: Develop and manage a content calendars across social media platforms (Instagram, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, etc.), producing engaging materials such as blog posts, videos, graphics, and student testimonials.
- Website & SEO Management: Oversee the website to ensure content is current, accurate, and optimized for SEO and user experience.
- Sales: Organize and implement sales strategy
- Influencer & Partnership Management: Identify and manage relationships with influencers or brand partners. Oversee collaborations and track performance.
- Analytics & Optimization: Monitor the performance of digital channels and campaigns using analytics tools; adjust strategies based on data and insights.
- Paid Media Oversight: Manage paid advertising efforts (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads) to increase visibility and generate inquiries. Optimize budgets, targeting, and performance of paid social efforts.
- Event Marketing: Plan and promote student recruitment events like open houses, campus tours, and webinars to maximize attendance.
- Brand & Communication Consistency: Ensure cohesive messaging and visual identity across all platforms and marketing materials.
- External Partner Coordination: Collaborate with vendors and agencies (e.g., designers, developers) as needed.
- Reporting & Insights: Generate regular reports on marketing performance and enrollment KPIs for internal stakeholders.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up to date with trends in education marketing and apply innovative ideas to enhance student engagement.
- BSc degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; An MSc degree will be considered as a plus
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in education.
- Fluency in Greek and English (spoken and written).
- Proficiency in SEO, SEM, Google Ads, social media advertising, email marketing, and CRM systems.
- Experience in content creation, social media management (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok), and multimedia production.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance, optimize digital strategies, and track key marketing metrics.
- Skilled in planning and executing recruitment events, open houses, and webinars.
- Strong communication, creativity, organizational skills, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
