Social Media & Content Specialist

About the Role
We are looking for a Social Media & Content Specialist to support our creators in growing their presence on YouTube and Social Media for our music label. You will analyze performance data, develop tailored content strategies, and provide insights on the latest social media trends to help creators optimize their content and revenue streams.

Job Description 

• Develop and implement growth strategies for creators across social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
• Analyze YouTube and social media performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities
• Provide actionable recommendations for improving engagement, audience retention, and monetization
• Stay up to date with platform algorithm changes, content trends, and best practices
• Assist in the creation of strategy reports and presentations for creators and brand partners

• Diploma in Marketing, Media, Communications, Digital Marketing or a related field 

• 2+ years of experience in social media strategy, digital marketing, or content growth consulting
• Strong analytical skills with experience in platform analytics tools (e.g., YouTube Analytics, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Creator Center)

• Deep understanding of content trends, algorithms, and audience growth tactics
• Ability to translate data insights into clear and actionable strategies
• Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects
• Ability to meet daily deadlines under stressful conditions

• Attention to detail
• Good command of English
• Being a content creator is a plus
