CRM Application Specialist (f/m/x)

As a CRM Application Specialist (f/m/x) at Anton Paar, a globally leading company in measurement technology, you will play a key role in the implementation and further development of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Your expertise will help us optimize the CRM system, improve customer interactions, and provide innovative IT services for sales, service, and marketing.

• Technical responsibility for the implementation of a CRM system
• Administration and configuration of the CRM system
• Integration of interfaces with other IT systems
• Coordination and communication with external IT service providers
• Contribution to further developments and projects related to the CRM system
• Creation and maintenance of technical documentation
• Error analysis and troubleshooting, as well as providing technical support

• Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a comparable technical education (e.g., HTL) or qualification
• Experience with CRM systems
• Experience in CRM system implementation (SAP Sales & Service Cloud V2, Salesforce, MS Dynamics 365) is desirable
• Technical affinity and analytical thinking to optimize system processes
• Team player with strong communication skills
• Fluent German and English skills

This position is subject to the collective agreement governing employees in the metal sector. Your actual salary depends on your experience and qualifications. For the vacant position it will usually be set within the following range (gross per month, excluding overtime): € 4.000  to € 5000.
