Market Intelligence Specialist (f/m/x)

We are looking for a Market Intelligence Specialist (m/f/d) to strengthen our Corporate Business Development team and play a key role in the expansion of our global operations. Support our international management teams by identifying market opportunities, evaluating potential M&A partners, and delivering strategic insights into market potential, thereby contributing to the long-term success of our company.

• Market Analysis and Potential Assessment: Conduct comprehensive analyses to identify market trends and growth opportunities, develop actionable recommendations, and support strategic planning.
• Competitive Analysis: Continuously monitor and analyze competitors' activities, evaluate their strengths and weaknesses, and share insights to create competitive advantages.
• Data Management and Analysis: Manage and analyze large datasets from various sources, ensuring data integrity to enable well-informed management decisions.
• Insight Communication: Create impactful presentations and visual representations to effectively communicate relevant information to various stakeholders.
• Strategy Implementation: Translate market analyses into actionable sales strategies, directly contributing to business development.
• Process Optimization: Develop and enhance structures and tools for systematic data collection and preparation to ensure high data quality.

• Completed university degree with a focus on finance management and/or business
• Professional experience in market intelligence, business analytics, or management consulting
• Solid expertise in quantitative and qualitative data analysis
• Experience handling large datasets, databases, and analytical tools
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Self-reliant working style, high motivation, and team spirit
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in English
• Affinity for numbers, attention to detail, and structured work style
• Resilience and quick comprehension

This position is subject to the collective agreement governing employees in the metal sector. Your actual salary depends on your experience and qualifications. For the vacant position it will usually be set within the following range (gross per month, excluding overtime): € 3.800  to € 5.000.
