We’re seeking a highly motivated and result-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to help our client’s finance business. This remote role will play a key role in driving the company's online presence, improving brand awareness, and increasing conversions through digital marketing efforts.

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a significant role in developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. This role requires a strong familiarity with Google Ads, SEO strategies, and content copywriting.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligning with the company’s goals
- Create and execute campaigns across various digital channels, paid advertising, and search engine optimisation
- Understand how ad creative elements perform for each unique advertising goal (traffic, conversions, and engagement)
- Assist in analysing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
- Content copywriting for company’s website and Google ads
- Create reports on the growth and analytics of campaigns
- Conduct keyword research and audience targeting to maximise ad performance.
- Conduct market research, competitor research, understand the target audience, and identify marketing and growth opportunities.
- Provide direction and feedback on visual assets for campaigns (banner ads, social posts, landing pages)
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and new technologies, and make recommendations for how the company can stay ahead of the curve
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Google Analytics (certification is a plus)
- Strong knowledge of SEO principles and tools
- Solid understanding of visual branding and its role in digital marketing
- Familiarity with basic design tools or the ability to give a design brief/draft effectively.
- Highly motivated and results-driven individual.
- Excellent analytical skills to understand data, key metrics, and align strategies.
- Innovative thinker with a keen eye for detail and identifying trends.
- Fluency in communicating English both in writing and verbally.
- Access to your own computer/laptop and a reliable internet connection.
Nice to have
- Experience using Facebook Ads (Meta) or LinkedIn Ads will be a plus.
- Experienced in conducting A/B testing.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
