Your Role:
As a Senior Media Buyer, you will help to shape and execute the online marketing strategies, develop and optimize highly effective paid campaigns across paid media channels with a focus in social and search. You will collaborate closely with Account Strategists to drive qualified leads and profitable revenue for a variety of ecommerce clients.
Our ideal candidate is an outstanding senior digital marketing leader with experience across all facets of digital marketing, has a proven track record of producing impactful results managing millions of dollars in ad spend, a fast and flexible go-getter who jumps on new opportunities with a natural aptitude for collaboration.
You keep a constant pulse on clients’ business metrics and marketing KPIs and recommend creative campaigns to reach their acquisition and monetization goals.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
• Managing all aspects of social and search advertising campaigns including ad-serving, optimization and planning
• Creating a holistic media plan inclusive of forecasting, testing, tactical plans and reporting
• Driving and executing large-scale programmatic paid campaigns across Google, social, DSPs and publishers
• Owning campaign management, including bid strategy, campaign tracking, implementation, activation and ongoing optimization
• Leading strategy and recommendations for customer experience testing and optimizations throughout the customer journey (ad creative, ad placement, landing page experience, conversion forms, post-conversion relationship, A/B and multivariate testing, etc)
• Aligning our goals to client goals, prioritizing opportunities to drive sustainable value for our clients
• Understanding and explaining high-level industry trends, how this impacts clients and relaying this information in monthly updates within team meetings
• Leading and effectively implementing processes & products that scale across a rapidly growing organization
• Assisting in packaging campaign reporting and insights in a client-friendly digestible manner
