AQMetrics is looking for an experienced Training Coordinator to join our People and Culture team in supporting our employees across global locations. You will help guide the design, development and support all training requirements across AQMetrics.

You’ll be responsible for onboarding new employees, assessing training needs, and creating educational materials to ensure everyone is well-informed about compliance and risk management. We value innovation and maintaining a proactive approach, so your ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment will set you up for success. With a track record of 2-3 years in training and a degree in Human Resources or a related field, you will help enhance our training effectiveness and manage budgets while keeping records of progress.
