Senior SEO Specialist

We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior SEO Specialist to lead our SEO strategies and campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of search engine algorithms, strong technical SEO skills, and a proven track record of improving website rankings and organic traffic. You will work closely with the marketing, content, and web development teams to drive SEO initiatives that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive SEO strategies across multiple platforms.

• Conduct detailed keyword research to guide content teams.

• Optimize on-page elements including meta titles, descriptions, headers, and content.

• Perform regular technical SEO audits and work with developers to fix issues.

• Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.

• Develop and execute link-building strategies to increase domain authority.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.

• Collaborate with content and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented.

• Prepare regular SEO performance reports and recommend improvements.

• Manage and mentor junior SEO specialists when necessary.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field.

• 4+ years of experience in SEO with a proven track record.

• Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking strategies.

• Experience with SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.

• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify).

• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and project management abilities.
