Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Developing project plans, defining scope and objectives, and setting project timelines.
• Coordinating resources and managing project teams across multiple departments.
• Monitoring project progress and performance, ensuring alignment with goals and deadlines.
• Communicating with stakeholders and providing regular updates on project status.
• Identifying and mitigating risks to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Implementing best practices and continuous improvement processes.
• Ensuring project documentation is maintained accurately and thoroughly.

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana).
• Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, or similar) is a plus.
