Social Media Specialist

Arcot Group is seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Specialist to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy in order to enhance our online presence, engage our audience, and promote our brand. You will create and curate compelling content across various platforms, analyze performance metrics, and collaborate with other teams to ensure brand consistency. Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing a social media strategy that aligns with overall marketing goals.
• Creating and scheduling engaging content across various social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Monitoring social media channels for trends, opportunities, and audience engagement.
• Analyzing social media metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies.
• Collaborating with designers and content creators to produce visually appealing posts.
• Responding to comments and messages promptly while fostering community engagement.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
• Experience with social media management and analytics tools.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
