Proposal Coordinator

ARETUM is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Proposal Coordinator to join our innovative team. As a vital part of our organization, you will assist in preparing and submitting proposals for key government contracts, ensuring that all submissions are not only compliant but also compelling and timely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaboration: Ensuring team members can communicate and share information, and that they have access to resources
• Graphic design: Creating and collecting images, charts, tables, logos, and more
• Attention to detail: Reviewing documents for compliance and ensuring impeccable spelling and grammar
• Finalizing the proposal: Editing the document and designing the final proposal for submission
• Quality assurance: Ensuring the formatting and content are of high quality
• Administrative assistance: Preparing work plans, organizing content, and creating presentations
• Prioritizing assignments: Leading proposal team assignments and managing the initial proposal plan
• Providing updates: Regularly updating management, operations, and support staff on the proposal process
• Overseeing development: Ensuring proposals meet company standards and are developed in a timely manner

• U.S. Citizenship (Required): Due to federal contract requirements, only U.S. citizens can be considered for this position
• BS (Preferred), in English, Journalism, Liberal Arts, and/or 5+ years of experience in lieu of a degree.
• 5 (+) years of experience responding to Government proposals.
• Ability to manage multiple efforts at one time.
• Prior experience with Federal Government proposal responses.
• Excellent written communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
• Must be able to work independently to put together content into a compliant proposal.
• Expertise in full cycle proposal writing.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Documentation and layout skills are required.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines as some overtime may be required
