How You’ll Make an Impact
Enhancing Our Operational Excellence
- Documentation & SOPs: Develop, update, and manage our operational documentation and SOPs, ensuring that they embody our commitment to quality care.
- Best Practices: Capture and share the best practices identified across our network, making them readily accessible to every team member.
- Training Materials: Craft engaging training resources that facilitate smooth workflow implementation and empower our practices.
Supporting Our People and Processes
- Administrative Coordination: Schedule and coordinate operational meetings, training sessions, and travel with a personal touch.
- Communication Management: Serve as the central point for internal enquiries, ensuring that all communications reflect our empathetic approach.
- Equipment & Procurement: Assist with inventory management and the procurement process, ensuring that every detail aligns with our commitment to excellence.
Streamlining Systems & Driving Innovation
- Systems Assistance: Help manage password protocols and facilitate new system initiatives that support our technological advancements.
- Data Management: Retrieve, compile, and present data in ways that support informed decision-making across the network.
- Fee & Charge Audits: Assist with fee schedule revisions and charge capture audits to ensure operational efficiency and robust financial stewardship.
Fostering Relationships & Community
- Vendor & Transition Management: Provide crucial support during account transitions, ensuring a smooth and collaborative process.
- Customer Service Excellence: Help monitor customer service standards and implement best practices that uphold our reputation as a caring, innovative partner.
- Digital Engagement: Assist with reputation management and social media efforts to keep our digital presence as vibrant and welcoming as our in-person interactions.
Bridging Teams & Cultivating Growth
- Practice Support: Serve as a resource for practice process implementation, offering training and copy creation to enhance workflow and customer service.
- Unified Vision: Contribute to the creation and unification of network standards, ensuring that every hospital upholds our shared values.
- Admin & Event Coordination: Provide essential administrative support, from scheduling meetings and travel to coordinating special events that strengthen our community bond.
What We’re Looking For
Essential Qualifications
- Veterinary Insight: Experience in veterinary or healthcare settings that helps you understand our unique environment.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in administrative or operational support roles.
- Detail-Oriented: A knack for organization and precision, with an ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong Communicator: Excellent oral and written communication skills, ensuring clarity and trust in every interaction.
- Tech-Savvy: A solid command of Microsoft Office and database management, with a willingness to embrace innovative technology solutions.
Preferred Qualities
- Process Improvement: Demonstrated experience with process improvements and project management.
- Customer Service Focus: A background in quality service evaluation and training, underpinning a genuine care for clients and colleagues alike.
- Digital Fluency: Familiarity with digital marketing and social media, enhancing our connection with the community.
- Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
