• As a Senior Software Engineer - Platform, you will:
• Design, build, and maintain scalable and secure systems for enterprise-level data platforms customers across industries like financial services and healthcare.
• Develop innovative features that enhance data collaboration, reporting, and machine learning capabilities.
• Work on building and optimizing solutions like a large-scale metadata graph, OLAP-ready lakehouse, and vector capabilities.
• Own cross-functional execution working with multiple teams including Product and Design, Field, Sales and Leadership.
• Drive performance improvements, cost optimization, and system observability while ensuring data security and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the globe to deliver impactful solutions.
• Contribute to team growth by mentoring junior engineers and fostering a culture of technical excellence.

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on building distributed systems, scalable architectures, and high-performance applications.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of distributed systems, metadata platforms, and data engineering principles. Proficient in one or more programming languages like Python, Java, or Go.
• You have experience managing Kubernetes clusters and ensuring enterprise-grade security across cloud platforms like AWS, Azure or GCP.
• Problem Solver: Passion for solving challenging problems in big data, distributed systems, and scalable infrastructure.
• Team Player: Proven ability to work in collaborative environments and mentor team members.
• Customer-Centric Mindset: A strong commitment to building solutions that meet customer needs while delivering long-term value.
