Marketing Specialist

Atlantbh is looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing Team. If you’re driven, organized, and enjoy connecting with others while adding creative spark, this role is for you. We value strong marketing skills, genuine relationship-building, and a vision to share our company culture in a creative way.

What you will be doing
You will help the team promote what we do through a wide variety of tasks, including but not limited to:

• Creating and publishing engaging content to increase our social media presence
• Creating digital marketing campaigns
• Organizing events and internal marketing activities
• Coordinating merch
• Other operational marketing tasks

Qualification for the position

• Formal education in Marketing or Communication
• 2+ years of relevant experience
• Copywriting skills (in both English and the languages of BiH)
• Great communication skills
• Organized and detail oriented
• Fluent in English
• Experience with leading social media platforms and understanding of their target audiences
• Experience with paid digital marketing campaigns
• General knowledge and understanding of design and video trends
• Experience with website management is a plus
