We are looking for a creative and results-driven Demand Generation Specialist to join our marketing team. This role focuses on content creation, lifecycle marketing, and account-based marketing (ABM) strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong ability to craft compelling content, execute targeted campaigns, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver measurable results.
Responsibilities:
- Content Creation
- Develop high-quality, engaging content (i.e. eBooks, whitepapers, infographics, etc.)
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify content gaps and fill them
- Optimize content for SEO and performance across all channels
- Repurpose existing content into new formats for maximum reach
- Lifecycle Marketing
- Implement email nurture campaigns that guide leads through the buyer’s journey
- Execute webinars that engage prospects and customers at different lifecycle stages
- Partner with the sales team to align lifecycle marketing efforts with sales objectives
- Analyze campaign performance metrics to improve overall effectiveness
- Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and targe high-value accounts
- Develop and execute ABM campaigns targeting key accounts
- Execute campaigns that leverage gifts to encourage accounts to speak to sales
- Produce virtual and live events that engage the buying group
- Track and measure the success of ABM efforts, providing regular updates
- Performance Analysis & Optimization
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance (with HubSpot, webinar platforms, etc.)
- Report on key metrics (i.e. Leads, MQLs, SQLs, pipeline growth, ROI, etc.)
- Provide actionable insights to optimize future campaigns.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in demand gen, lifecycle marketing, and ABM
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in demand generation, lead generation, or digital marketing
- Strong knowledge of demand generation tools and platforms (e.g., HubSpot, webinar platforms.Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics).
- Strong data analysis skills with a track record of using analytics tools to optimize campaigns and measure performance.
- Experience in creating, curating, and distributing valuable content that resonates with professional services firms (law firms, accountants, etc.).
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment on goals, messaging, and lead quality.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail and quality.
- Understanding of SEO principles and how they tie into lead generation strategies is a plus.

- Experience with the legal services industry or working with law firms.
