LinkedIn Marketing Specialist

VirtueStaff is searching for a results-driven LinkedIn Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will focus on leveraging LinkedIn to drive business growth and enhance brand awareness for our B2B clients. You will be responsible for developing and executing targeted marketing strategies on the platform to engage potential clients and cultivate meaningful connections.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective LinkedIn marketing strategies tailored for B2B audiences
• Independently create engaging content, including posts, articles, and videos that resonate with businesses and decision-makers
• Manage LinkedIn company pages and personal profiles for thought leadership and brand visibility
• Generate and nurture leads through targeted LinkedIn campaigns and outreach initiatives
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align goals and optimize lead generation
• Conduct competitive analysis to identify industry trends and best practices on LinkedIn
• Stay up-to-date with changes in LinkedIn algorithms and marketing features

• Proven experience in B2B marketing with a strong focus on LinkedIn
• In-depth knowledge of LinkedIn's advertising and marketing tools
• Experience in creating compelling B2B content that drives engagement and lead generation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision making
• Ability to develop and manage campaigns from concept to execution
• Familiarity with marketing automation and HubSpot is required
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
