About the Role:
We’re seeking a visionary Marketing Manager to lead Becca Luna’s marketing efforts, drive revenue, and expand the brand's reach. You’ll manage all aspects of marketing strategy, focusing on evergreen funnels, webinars, brand visibility, and more.

As the Marketing Manager, you’ll oversee and guide the Marketing team, and you’ll be in charge of optimizing marketing assets, leading campaigns, and contributing to building a highly engaged community. You’ll collaborate with the organic marketing team, external ad agencies, and contractors to ensure consistent growth and profitability.

This is a Full-Time, US-based, remote role with occasional travel (1-3 times per year).

We are looking for a Marketing Manager specifically with these requirements:

  • 3-5+ years of experience working with 7-9 figure personal brands selling info/coaching products.
  • Strong background in leading a marketing team and overseeing contractors.
  • Proficient in overseeing content calendar execution and optimization.
  • Creative and execution-driven with the ability to thrive in high-pressure launches.
  • Experience in developing and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Experience developing and optimizing email strategies.
  • Experience developing and managing affiliate programs and brand partnerships.
  • Experience using CRM tools like Hyros, and analyzing KPIs and metrics related to campaigns performance.
  • Proficient in ManyChat automations.
  • Strong organizational skills to oversee and coordinate marketing initiatives.
  • Strong writing and communication skills to maintain a cohesive brand voice across all platforms.
  • Comfortable with occasional travel 1-3 times per year (to meet students, celebrate launches, and mastermind as a team).

Your responsibility will include (but not limited to):

  • Content & Messaging Strategy – Develop and manage content themes for newsletters, emails, and social media, ensuring brand storytelling remains a priority.
  • Brand Cohesion – Maintain a unified tone of voice and messaging across all marketing platforms.
  • Sales & Launch Campaigns – Plan and execute sales campaigns, analyze past performance, and manage project timelines.
  • Marketing Tech & Automation – Support the setup and optimization of tools like Kartra, Showit, and ManyChat.
  • Social Media & Organic Growth – Oversee social media strategy, optimize content for conversions, and ensure KPIs are met.
  • Email & Segmented Marketing – Develop targeted email strategies, manage the contractors, and refine campaigns using data-driven insights.
  • Funnel & Conversion Optimization – Analyze and improve funnels to enhance conversion rates and support ad team adjustments.
  • Affiliate & Partnership Management – Develop affiliate programs, track performance, and manage brand partnerships.
  • Customer Growth & Experience – Conduct surveys, identify new opportunities, and optimize the student journey for engagement and retention.
