Sales - Appointment setter

VirtueStaff is searching for a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Appointment Setter to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads and setting appointments. Your primary goal will be to engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and connect them with the right sales representatives. Responsibilities

• Reach out to potential clients through cold calls, emails, and social media channels to generate leads
• Engage prospects in conversation to assess their needs and introduce our services
• Set qualified appointments for sales executives by scheduling meetings with interested prospects
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and update information in our CRM system
• Follow up with leads and nurture relationships to ensure a smooth handoff to sales teams
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective scripts and strategies for outreach
• Monitor and analyze outreach metrics to improve appointment-setting processes
• Provide feedback and suggestions for enhancing our sales approach and lead generation efforts

• Proven experience in sales, lead generation, or appointment setting
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
• Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls and engaging with potential clients
• Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management tools
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
• Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new sales techniques
