Attain is US based software company TANGO's India partner. TANGO's software solution helps customers find, build and manage retail and office locations in a single suite/ software platform. Attain supports Tango with services in the areas of development, implementation, QA, and client support.

Job Description

What You’ll Do: 

  • Prepares, analyzes, and reviews periodic financial performance with department owners and supports month end close and forecast processes
  • Supports and facilitates annual financial budgeting process and quarterly forecast updates
  • Engage in ad hoc analysis and project modeling as required
  • Prepares executive, board, and investor style presentations.
  • Update standard financial reports on a monthly, quarterly, and/or annual basis.
  • Present monthly budget & forecast versus actuals analysis to the finance team
  • Support internal & external project audits as required
  • Perform project close out activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a Finance related field
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work cross functionally between departments
  • Analytical and detailed oriented; ability to systematically work through complex topics
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Proactive and results oriented with ability to multi-task and prioritize dynamic work activities
  • Experience using accounting platforms such as Oracle NetSuite, Sage or MS Dynamics and planning platforms such as Datarails, Mosaic, or Adaptive Insights
  • MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) – with advanced Excel skills

Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree or MBA in Business/Finance.
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of work experience in Corporate Finance/Accounting.
  • Reliable team player who performs high-quality work in achieving project deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a professional environment, on a team, and with Senior Level Management.
  • Uphold high level of confidence in dealing with sensitive company information.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Expert MS Excel and Powerpoint skills is critical to position
  • Understanding of Accounting principles helpful; especially deferred revenue, expense accruals, and 3 statement modeling
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Willingness to work past normal work hours primarily during month-end and budgeting season

Additional Information

  • Need for immediate joining.
  • Work from home.
  • This requirement is for working with a US client and the work timings will be from 4pm to 1am IST
