You'll be joining an experienced team that includes founders who have successfully built and sold startups before. Metronome is seeking a dynamic Strategic Finance Leader to play a pivotal role in identifying and capitalizing on opportunities that drive our business forward. As a key member of our Finance Team, you will collaborate cross-functionally with leadership, product, and go-to-market (GTM) to spearhead high-priority initiatives encompassing revenue growth, market expansion, product strategy, cost optimization, and pricing. This role is ideal for a top-performing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and demonstrates extreme ownership in diagnosing challenges, analyzing solutions, and driving impactful implementations.
The estimated base salary range for this role is $173,595- $190,000. In addition to your base salary, Metronome offers a competitive total rewards package, including but not limited to, market-benched equity, sales incentive pay (for eligible roles), comprehensive health benefits, and other benefits listed below.
The actual base salary will vary based on factors including market value, individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process, and previous experience. The listed range above should serve as a guideline and may be modified at any time.

We also conduct an annual pay audit to ensure pay is fair, indexed to market value, and that pay takes into account continued performance at Metronome.
