Key Responsibilities- What You'll Be Doing 💼
- Cultivate and manage strategic relationships with major holding companies and independent media agencies in North America.
- Drive programmatic audio and video advertising adoption across specialized media agency teams (e.g., Innovation, DCO, Activation).
- Lead high-value, complex media deal negotiations—from campaign-level agreements to long-term partnerships.
- Build and nurture relationships with senior decision-makers in key verticals: retail, automotive, and QSR (quick service restaurants).
- Collaborate with global partnership teams and media activation units to develop strategic partnerships.
- Deliver technical sales presentations, emphasizing AI-driven creative and technical solutions tailored to media agency needs.
- Manage the full sales cycle with a consultative approach, ensuring both rapid deal velocity and exceptional client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline management using CRM tools.
- Stay ahead of developments in AI audio creative and promote new, innovative solutions to clients.
- Partner with internal teams to develop cutting-edge audio and video advertising products and services.
- Create and execute account strategies targeting enterprise clients across priority sectors.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive network of contacts across all 6 main media holding groups and independent agencies.
- Established relationships with senior decision-makers at major US media holding groups and indi agencies.
- Proven ability to close large-scale media deals, demonstrating consistent revenue growth.
- Deep technical knowledge of adtech platforms, programmatic solutions, and audio/video advertising ecosystems.
- Demonstrated expertise in consultative B2B sales, with a focus on advertising technology.
- Exceptional pipeline management and sales operations capabilities.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to simplify and convey complex technical solutions.
- Proven success collaborating with: Global Corporate Partnership teams, Media activation units, Content, DCO & Innovation teams, Enterprise client teams focused on retail, automotive, and QSR industries
- Track record of closing enterprise-level deals within key verticals.
- Experience navigating and building consensus within complex agency structures.
Preferred Qualifications
- Expertise in AI-driven creative media solutions and familiarity with recent advancements in this space.
- Active involvement in adtech industry networks and events.
- Background in audio and video media innovation, with a focus on programmatic solutions.
- Relationships with agency innovation teams and Director and C-suite leaders.
- Strong understanding of challenges and opportunities within retail, automotive, and QSR sectors.
- Experience driving large-scale implementations in priority verticals.
