Recruitment Coordinator

We are seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to join our team and play a crucial role in ensuring all necessary candidate documentation is complete and accurate. Working closely with a leading recruitment firm, you will be responsible for following up on missing candidate requirements, tracking progress, and maintaining meticulous records.

This role requires a dynamic individual who is outgoing, detail-oriented, and organized. A background in recruitment or HR is preferred, along with strong communication skills and a customer service mindset. Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow up with candidates to obtain missing documentation and ensure compliance with requirements.
  • Review, track, and maintain accurate records of candidate submissions and paperwork.
  • Conduct quick Zoom meetings as needed to verify documents or clarify details.
  • Perform data entry and administrative tasks related to recruitment documentation.
  • Maintain a high level of organization to track the progress of onboarding candidates.
  • Communicate effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders to ensure timelines are met.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to candidates, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, HR, or a similar administrative role.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable with repetitive and meticulous tasks while maintaining accuracy.
  • Proficiency in using data entry tools and tracking systems.
  • Customer service mindset and the ability to handle follow-ups professionally.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Familiarity with recruitment processes and onboarding procedures.

  • Holiday pay (200% on Regular holidays; 130% on Special holidays)

  • Referral bonus (P10,000 if referral passed and stayed with the company for 3 months)
  • HMO (after 6 months)
