ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Manager in the hospitality industry. As an Office Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing administrative support, and creating a welcoming environment for both staff and clients.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact, managing office logistics, coordinating events, and optimizing office systems and procedures. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Reports to Director of People & Culture
- Oversee the office's day-to-day operations, ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
- Greet and assist visitors, serving as the initial point of contact for employee inquiries and directing questions to the appropriate departments.
- Create and manage the Master Calendar for the company.
- Coordinate and manage meetings, including interviews for the senior management team.
- Serve as the main point of contact for building management and staff.
- Request access cards from the Building Manager and distribute corporate access cards.
- Manage office/building queries and redirect conversations necessary to relevant parties.
- Assist with event planning and execution, managing logistics, and coordinating with vendors.
- Maintain the office supplies inventory, anticipate staff needs, and make necessary purchases.
- Responsible for stocking and restocking snacks for teams.
- Organize and track expenses on expense tracker.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, and email.
- Support HR administrative tasks, such as coordinating new hire setup and logistics.
- Handle ad hoc projects from the Marketing, Programming, and Senior Management teams.
DESIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- 1 year of experience in an office management or administrative role, in the hospitality industry is preferred
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, etc.) preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) preferred.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of basic financial record keeping
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

COMPENSATION
The annual salary for this role is $64,350
