Bay Area Community Resources (BACR) is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Family Advocate/Case Manager to join our team in supporting the healthy development and positive outcomes of youth and their families in Richmond Elementary Schools. This role is a key part of our Community Schools initiative, and the ideal candidate will play an instrumental role in empowering families, providing case management, and connecting families with critical resources in a school-based setting.
As a Family Advocate, you will engage with students and families in a trauma-informed manner, assessing their needs, offering resources, and providing support across a wide spectrum of emotional, mental health, and practical challenges. Your work will help create stronger school-family connections, foster resilience, and contribute to the long-term success of students and their families.
