Title: Manager - Content Marketing

Reporting to: Head of Brand Strategy & Experience.


Who We’re Looking For

We seek a Content Manager who will ensure the content team is built for high performance, delivers quality content across various formats, and builds great cross-functional operating efficiencies. This role requires a blend of understanding content marketing, team leadership, project management, and strategic collaboration across departments to align content initiatives with broader business goals. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, adept at understanding and balancing multiple content priorities, and skilled in cross-functional communication and optimizing workflows to enhance team performance.


Key Responsibilities:

Team & Resource Management

Lead and manage a team of content writers, ensuring effective workload distribution and timely content delivery.

Oversee content resourcing, planning, and execution, ensuring projects are staffed appropriately and meet business needs.

Provide direction, feedback, and professional development opportunities to enhance the skills and performance of the content team.

Foster a collaborative, high-performing environment that enables content creators to thrive.

Operational Efficiency & Execution

Own and manage the content workflow and production processes to ensure efficiency and scalability.

Prioritize incoming content requests, balance workloads, and maintain a structured editorial calendar.

Ensure content deadlines are met, and the team operates with clear priorities and accountability.

Maintain high editorial standards, ensuring all content aligns with brand voice, messaging, and quality guidelines.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with marketing, demand generation, product marketing, external communications, and field teams to align content strategy with key business objectives.

Partner with SEO and analytics teams to ensure optimized content for search visibility and performance tracking.

Collaborate with designers and external partners to develop engaging, multi-format content experiences.

Act as the key liaison between content and stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and alignment.

Content Strategy & Performance Optimization

Support the development of high-impact content across blogs, reports, ebooks, landing pages, and other long-form content.

Continuously measure content effectiveness through performance analysis and data insights, refining strategies for continuous improvement.

Ensure best practices in SEO, content distribution, and audience engagement are implemented across all content efforts.

To enhance the team's output, keep abreast of industry trends, competitor strategies, and evolving content marketing practices.

Key Outcomes for Success

Ensures smooth content team operations, maintaining efficient workflows and structured content planning.

Delivers high-quality content on time, aligning with business priorities and marketing goals.

Enhances team productivity and morale, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.

Improves cross-functional alignment, ensuring content supports broader marketing and business objectives.

Optimizes content effectiveness and reach, leveraging data insights to improve performance over time.


Preferred Qualifications

8-10+ years of content management experience, ideally in a B2B or SaaS environment.

Strong experience leading a content team, providing mentorship and performance coaching.

Strong project management and organizational skills, with a proven ability to balance multiple priorities.

Knowledge of SEO, content marketing best practices, and analytics tools to measure content impact.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), workflow tools, and editorial calendars.

Other details: We are a hybrid work environment (mandatory 3-days work from office). We are located in Global Technology Park, Bellandur.


Working hours: Monday and Friday IST hours | Tuesday-Wednesday-Thursday 4 hours IST with 4 hours US overlap (6:30-10:30 pm IST / 8-12 am CT)
