Bazaarvoice is looking for a Sales Development Team Lead - Central and Southern Europe territory, with a proven ability of handling the day-to-day requirements of a team of talented SDRs and managing stakeholder relationships. Our SDRs are required to understand how to assess a company’s needs and cater the outreach to each prospect specifically. Creativity is vital to this role. We need leaders who are hungry to get out and make business happen, who do not stop when obstacles are encountered, but rather, find alternative ways to overcome these challenges and continually drive momentum. We want candidates whose energy can be felt on the other end of the line: we want ambition! The ideal candidate will be able to articulate their ability to effectively manage both inbound and outbound Sales Development functions, as well as excellent communication skills. Being confident in positioning a high-ROI solution that can cost the client over $125,000 per year.
