Within the Marketing Insights team, you will contribute to creating innovative offers and maximizing the impact of our marketing services. Believe manages large volumes of data through numerous partnerships. We are looking for a talented data analyst to leverage this data on marketing levers and artist performance in terms of streaming and audience, providing valuable insights to guide our marketing strategies. 

Data Analytics  

Your main mission will be to collect, analyze, and interpret data to provide insights that support strategic business decision-making. 

• Collaborate with internal teams to understand their business needs and provide relevant insights. 

• Prepare and propose an analysis plan to address these needs. 

• Collect and clean data from various sources. 

• Write functional specifications for data engineers. 

• Create reports and data visualizations to share results clearly and concisely. 

• Present and share insights with stakeholders and management to support strategic decision-making. 

Data Project Management  

You will lead your own projects and collaborate with other analysts on their projects. 

• Develop a detailed project plan, including objectives, key milestones, and deadlines in collaboration with stakeholders. 

• Coordinate with business teams and various data stakeholders (data analysts, data engineers, data scientists). 

• Demonstrate the ability to work on various analytics topics and juggle multiple projects simultaneously. 

• Master's degree in Data (Bac + 5). 

• 3 years of experience in a similar role. 

• Knowledge of Big Data environments (GCP, Snowflake, Azure). 

• Proficiency in programming languages (SQL, Python) and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI). 

• Ability to synthesize complex data insights simply and pedagogically, making pragmatic yet impactful business recommendations. 

• Demonstrates rigor in data analysis and methodical project organization. 

• Ability to work independently in changing and uncertain environments. 

• Proficiency in English is essential for this role within an international company. 

• Knowledge of the music industry would be a plus.
