Social Producer

At Bellota Labs, we’re a fast-paced, hypergrowth startup on a mission to revolutionize the online poker industry with ClubWPT Gold, a groundbreaking product from the World Poker Tour. We’re looking for a Social Producer who lives and breathes TikTok and other short-form social platforms. This role requires someone who is passionate about gambling, knowledgeable about poker, and comfortable appearing on camera. You’ll play a critical role in shaping our brand’s voice and expanding our reach through engaging, personality-driven content.

• Content Creation: Develop original, engaging content tailored for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and other social platforms.
• On-Camera Presence: Confidently appear on camera as a brand personality and help shape the brand’s visual identity.
• Production Oversight: Work with other producers to create forward-facing, personality-driven short-form videos.
• Event Coverage: Travel onsite to the biggest poker events to capture compelling content.
• Editing & Publishing: Edit videos for social media and manage content distribution across platforms.
• Strategy & Brand Voice: Collaborate with the social team to refine and establish the brand’s voice across digital platforms.

• 3+ years of experience as a lead producer on digital and/or linear productions.
• 7+ years of experience as a producer or production manager across digital and/or linear media.
• Strong industry network: A robust Rolodex of crews and individual production personnel, especially in major cities.
• Extensive technical expertise: Deep understanding of production equipment and technical aspects of filming.
• Exceptional organizational skills: Ability to manage the production process efficiently from start to finish.
• Excellent communication skills: Comfortable coordinating with large crews, executives, and high-profile talent.
• Budget management experience: Ability to set, adhere to, and oversee production budgets.
• Post-production knowledge: Technical understanding of editing and post-production workflows.
