Overview
Responsible for managing treasury operations and investor remittance processes within the loan servicing and accounting departments, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payments, reconciliations, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily cash processing and reconciliation of loan payments
- Manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, and payment providers
- Execute investor remittance payments according to established schedules and requirements
- Perform complex reconciliations of custodial accounts and clearing accounts
- Monitor and resolve payment exceptions and discrepancies
- Prepare and review monthly investor reporting packages
- Ensure compliance with established procedures and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for payment processing
- Support month-end close activities and audit requests
- Establish new bank accounts as necessary
Professional Experience- 3-5 years of experience in loan servicing, treasury operations, or similar role
- Experience with wire transfers and ACH processing
- Experience with Strategy loan servicing system
- Experience with Wells Fargo CEO Platform
Education/Certification- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Professional certification (CTP, CPA, or similar)

$105,000 - $120,000 a year
$105,000 - $120,000 base, plus discretionary bonus
Offered salary is based on a variety of factors, including skills, experience, and qualifications for the role.
