• Analyze customer and partner data from CRM systems, ensuring data sources are continuously updated to identify trends and growth opportunities
• Ensure the quality and accuracy of partner data while optimizing data management processes.
• Configure CRM systems to align with company goals by developing modules, workflows, and automation.
• Collaborate with partners, sales, and customer service teams to design and generate reports and dashboards.
• Use insights from CRM data to contribute to partner segmentation and strategic planning processes.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Implement the company's CRM roadmap and lead new system integrations.
• Provide training and ongoing support to partner teams to enhance CRM processes.

• A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management Information Systems (MIS), Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an operations analytics or CRM-related role within a corporate environment.
• Proven experience as a data analyst; expertise in MS Dynamics, Power BI, or CRM is preferred.
• Experience in configuring and customizing CRM modules, workflows, and automation rules.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills, with the ability to transform data into actionable insights.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on data integrity and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and committed to continuous learning and development.
