We are committed to growing your career, so in this role you will:

• Learn the fundamentals of underwriting by assisting in the creation of initial deal sizing, conducting cash flow analysis, and drafting deal narratives.
• Support the review of third-party reports and contribute to marketing initiatives.
• Build strong working relationships with the underwriting team to understand their needs and gain insights into the world of Commercial Finance.
• Assist in the research, writing, and proofing of underwriting materials, presentations, analyses, reports, and loan or property documents.
• Help maintain and utilize databases that track relevant real estate metrics.
• Communicate directly with mortgage bankers, borrowers, and clients to provide information and answer questions as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the underwriting team.

We are passionate about your growth, so to achieve success in this role you should have: 

·         Current student pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree

·         Desire to learn and advance in the Commercial Real Estate sector

·         Initiative and drive to search for ways to contribute and grow

·         Basic technology skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office software including Excel and Word
