What’s the role?
We’re on the hunt for a confident and proactive Senior Marketing Manager to be the right hand to our Head of Marketing — someone with the experience and drive to lead. You’ll be hands-on and self-sufficient, just as comfortable getting stuck into day-to-day tasks as you are helping shape the bigger brand picture. If you thrive on creative collaboration, strategic thinking and delivering standout campaigns, this could be the perfect fit.
What will you be doing?
- Strategic Product Management: Collaborate with the team to write and refine product propositions for our key focus games, ensuring each title has a strong and standout story.
- Leading Campaigns: Take ownership of marketing campaigns across key occasions (like Summer Travel or Thanksgiving) and key focus games. Drive the creative vision and execution from start to finish.
- Audience Insights: Support the Head of Marketing in collating and analysing key data points — such as brand awareness studies, audience surveys, category intelligence, retail and general market insights.
- Product Insight: Partner with the Head of Marketing on pack testing sessions for new games. Help gather insights and feedback to shape product direction.
- Developing Brand Partnerships: Nurture and activate incoming brand partnerships that align with our games and values.
- Retail Marketing: Working with our sales teams when they need support on all things marketing — from presentation decks to campaign and activation plans.
- Delivering Brand Stunts & Signature Acts: Help develop and execute key brand moments — think standout stunts, experiential acts or signature campaigns that get people talking.
- Pitching in on PR: Lend a hand with PR when needed — from shaping messaging and sharing assets to liaising with agencies and journalists.
