We are seeking a creative and strategic Marketing Coordinator to join our team on a six-month contract to cover for an upcoming maternity leave.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, create, and schedule engaging content on LinkedIn; monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages.
Maintain brand guidelines to design marketing materials, including social media graphics, presentations, event materials, and email templates, ensuring brand consistency.
Assist in the planning, promotion, and execution of events, both virtual and in-person.
Assist with other marketing tasks as needed.
About You
Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
Experience with event planning and execution.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messaging, interact effectively with followers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Basic knowledge of branding principles and marketing strategy.
Familiarity with website content management systems (e.g., Webflow) is a plus.
Baseline knowledge in IT/IT consulting and/or a desire to develop deeper understanding of our field and landscape.
Creative and strategic thinker, with strong attention to detail.
Excellent project management, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated and highly organized, with a high level of initiative.
Strong attention to detail, a flexible attitude, and a team player.
