The Role

As a Marketing Associate - Campaigns, you will play a key role in executing our marketing campaigns and ensuring that our brand messaging reaches the right audience. Working closely with internal teams in Germany and regional stakeholders, you will help align campaigns with business goals and deliver impactful results.


Working Hours: 1:00 PM to 10:30 PM (GMT+8) to support the German market.


Your Adventure Ahead
  • Organize and coordinate communication materials for marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (ShopBack App, Web, CRM, social media, and external paid channels).
  • Create engaging content and manage our brand’s presence across social media accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and channel partners to ensure the seamless execution of marketing programs.
  • Schedule and manage onsite assets, ensuring optimal exposure for deals secured by the Business Development team.
  • Regularly analyze platform performance and share actionable insights with the marketing team to drive continuous optimization.
  • Investigate and resolve any operational issues that arise during campaign execution.
  • Take ownership of additional ad hoc marketing initiatives and projects as needed.


Essentials to Succeed
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing or campaign coordination.
  • Proficiency in English to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaboration and communication skills: Work effectively with internal teams and external partners to achieve results.
  • Problem-solving: Proactive and resourceful in resolving operational challenges.
  • Positive & Agile working mentality—adaptable to changing requirements and fast-moving projects.
  • Advanced Excel skills are a plus.
