The Copywriter, Graphic Designer, and Photographer (Digital Assets) is responsible for creating compelling written content, eye-catching graphics, and high-quality images for a variety of digital platforms, including ads, websites, Amazon listings, social media, and more. This hybrid role involves collaborating with the marketing team to ensure that all digital assets are aligned with the brand’s vision, marketing strategy, and sales goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in writing, design, and photography to deliver cohesive, engaging content across all digital channels. This position reports to the Creative Director.
Position Responsibilities:
Copywriting:
- Write clear, concise, and engaging copy for digital platforms, including product descriptions, advertisements, landing pages, social media posts, email campaigns, and blog articles.
- Craft persuasive messaging for Amazon product listings, ensuring compliance with platform guidelines and optimization for SEO.
- Develop and edit copy for digital ads (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram), maintaining a consistent brand voice and tone.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content that drives conversions and engages the target audience.
Graphic Design:
- Design visually appealing digital assets for ads, websites, Amazon listings, email templates, social media posts, and banners.
- Work with the marketing team to develop creative concepts that align with campaign goals and brand identity.
- Create cohesive and on-brand designs that are optimized for various digital platforms and screen sizes (mobile, desktop, etc.).
- Edit and enhance images using design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) to create high-quality, professional graphics for marketing materials.
- Design assets for seasonal promotions, sales, and product launches to drive engagement and sales.
Photography:
- Capture high-quality product images for use on websites, Amazon listings, social media, digital ads, and other marketing materials.
- Set up and execute product photoshoots, ensuring proper lighting, composition, and attention to detail.
- Edit and retouch product photos to meet brand standards and optimize for various online platforms.
- Collaborate with the creative and e-commerce teams to ensure product photography aligns with the overall brand aesthetic and marketing objectives.
- Stay up to date with photography trends, ensuring all images are visually appealing and modern.
Collaboration & Strategy:
- Work closely with the marketing, e-commerce, and creative teams to understand campaign goals and ensure digital assets align with strategic objectives.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide creative input for new campaigns and digital initiatives.
- Ensure that all content and designs are aligned with the overall brand guidelines and voice.
Asset Management:
- Organize and maintain a digital library of assets (images, graphics, copy, etc.) for easy access and future use.
- Ensure all digital assets are optimized for web use, balancing image quality with file size for faster load times.
Performance Monitoring & Feedback:
- Review the performance of ads, website content, and Amazon listings, adjusting copy
- and design elements based on customer feedback and performance metrics.
- Continuously update and improve digital assets based on trends, performance data, and feedback.
Skills & Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Photography, or related field.
- Proven experience in copywriting, graphic design, and photography, particularly in an e-commerce or digital marketing context.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating writing, design, and photography skills.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong photography skills, with experience in product photography, including lighting, composition, and editing.
- Knowledge of Amazon product listing requirements and SEO best practices for copywriting.
- Familiarity with web design principles and tools (e.g., HTML, CSS) is a plus.
- Understanding of various digital platforms’ specifications and best practices (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, social media).
Soft Skills:
- Strong attention to detail with a keen eye for design and visual aesthetics.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects

Salary Range: $90-120k
