Clinical Customer Training Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Customer Training Manager to join our dynamic customer deployment team. This role will be responsible for overseeing the development, coordination, and delivery of training programs for our hospital pharmacy customer base. The Training Manager will play a crucial role in enhancing Bluesight diversion product user skills, knowledge, and performance by creating engaging and effective training.


You will help customers effectively utilize our Diversion tools, create a supportive community for users, and ensure high product adoption, utilization, and customer value through various training methods and communication channels. 


This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Your top priority is maximizing hospital customer usage of the software and optimization of their experience. This requires a deep understanding of complex hospital process workflows and the ability to translate them into more digestible training concepts. With your passion for building relationships and representing the voice of the customer, you are in a critical position to drive user adoption, customer engagement, and retention.



Key Responsibilities include:
  • Training Development:
Designing and developing training materials, including presentations, tutorials, documentation, and online courses
  • Training Delivery:
Conducting training sessions in various formats, such as live webinars, in-person workshops, and online tutorials including our Diversion Collective program
  • User Group Management:
Facilitating and managing online or in-person user groups to promote knowledge sharing, collaboration, and problem-solving among users. 
  • Feedback and Improvement:
Gathering feedback from training sessions and user groups, analyzing data, and making improvements to training content and delivery methods. 
  • Workflow and Policy Optimization:
Work with key customers to build processes and policies that best support Bluesight product utilization and integrate Bluesight products into our customers' daily workflow. 
  • Collaboration:
Working closely with sales, customer success, product development, and other teams to ensure alignment and effective training. 
  • Documentation:
Developing documentation of best practices, workflow optimization and tools for customers.
  • Support and Guidance:
Providing one-on-one support and answering questions from users regarding the software. 
  • Monitoring and Reporting:
Tracking and reporting on training metrics to measure the success of training programs and user group activities. 
  • Staying Current:
Keeping up-to-date with software updates, features, and best practices in software training and user engagement. 


About You - Requirements and Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a hospital pharmacist or pharmacy tech
  • 5+ years of experience with hospital drug diversion programs
  • 2 - 5 years of experience training/onboarding customers to adopt technical software solutions
  • Experience in the enterprise software space, startup experience also a plus
  • Previous leadership and people management experience preferred
  • Ability to empathetically listen to synthesize user feedback and be a driver of best practices
  • Strong presentation, listening, organization, and contact management skills
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to communicate technical and non-technical concepts to a diverse audience


$110,000 - $140,000 a year
This is the standard base pay range for this role. In addition to a base salary, this position is also eligible for an amazing benefits package. The actual amount of salary offered will vary depending on the position level, experience, performance, and location. This position is fully remote and open to applicants in the continental United States.
