About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Operations and Finance Intern to support our Operations team. This is a hands-on role for someone who’s eager to learn how a fast-growing tech company runs behind the scenes.

You’ll work closely with our Head of Operations and Finance to improve processes, streamline reporting, and help ensure everything runs smoothly day to day. If you're analytical, organized, and a problem solver that loves working in spreadsheets, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

Finance Operations

  • Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting
  • Help prepare internal reports and summaries using Google Sheets and Excel
  • Support reconciliation and bookkeeping processes with our finance team

Business Operations

  • Analyze internal data to surface trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities
  • Build and maintain operational documentation and dashboards
  • Help improve workflows across different business functions

Payment Operations

  • Assist with monitoring payment issues, flagged transactions, and compliance checks
  • Help identify and document patterns of risk or fraud
  • Support research into best practices in payment and risk operations

Sales Operations

  • Help organize and maintain sales data and CRM hygiene
  • Assist in tracking pipeline metrics and performance reports
  • Support process improvement initiatives that improve sales team efficiency
  • Strong proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel — you love organizing data, creating formulas, and building trackers
  • Some exposure to or interest in finance, data analysis, or business operations
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Comfortable working independently
  • A problem-solver who’s curious, resourceful, and eager to learn

Bonus if you have:

  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Looker Studio, Mixpanel)
  • Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, R)
  • Coursework in business, finance, or economics
  • Paid internship
  • Real exposure to the inner workings of a high-growth tech company
