As Talent Acquisition Specialist reporting to our Global Talent Operations & Enablement Lead, you will be instrumental in ensuring our Talent team delivers against our ambitious hiring goals in 2025. You’ll enjoy sourcing talent, working with hiring managers across the globe and securing top talent within G&A (Finance, Legal, P&C, Admin etc.) to enable the next phase of Booksy’s growth.
Please note, this will initially be a 6 month fixed term contract with possibility to extend or become permanent, depending on business needs.
Our Talent Acquisition team (12 currently…soon to be 13 with you) is globally distributed across the UK, US, Spain, and Poland. With our growth trajectory, we're currently implementing a centralized global TA strategy (center of excellence) and are in the midst of building out best in class talent processes, frameworks and reporting capabilities.
