ASIC Digital Verification Lead (f/m/div)

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled professional to join our team as a Digital Verification Engineer for Mixed-Signal ASICs in consumer applications.

Your Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive verification plans and testbenches to ensure the “First Time Right” success of our IC designs
• Apply cutting-edge verification methods for functional and formal verification; plan and track work packages to ensure timely completion
• Collaborate with an international team and communicate directly with customers to meet their needs and expectations
• Work closely with other verification experts to advance our verification methodologies
• Mentor and train junior verification engineers, fostering their growth and ensuring they have the necessary skills to succeed.

• Personality: High level of enthusiasm, creativity, and willingness to work in international and interdisciplinary teams; excellent communication and leadership skills
• Working Practice: Effective team player with a focused and independent working style; at least 5 years of industry experience
• Experience: Deep understanding of digital design and verification methodologies (Specman e/SystemVerilog); strong experience in formal verification methods and UVM
• Languages: Proficient in English; advanced German language skills are a plus
• Education: Degree (Dipl./M.Sc./Phd.) in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a comparable field
