Performance Coordinator and Supply Chain Cost Controller in Logistics

About the team:

The GS/PSD1 (Global Services for Distribution) is globally responsible for warehousing and fine distribution processes. The field of activities includes the whole variety from management of logistic service providers, the design of warehouse managements system solutions, definition of lean and quality standards for warehouses and holistic process optimization. Data analytics is a key factor in this field to drive the improvement processes.

► You define and align within worldwide BSW network distribution relevant Performance indicators (defining ww standards);
► You track and report the global BSW Performance KPIs and ensure the regular validation of actuality and definition. In case of deviations you are actively organizing action plans, PDCAs for respective countermeasures from the local warehouse responsible (incl. Tracking and follow-up);
► You define requirements on PowerBI Dashboards and support in a tandem functional realization in our ww Distribution control tower (incl. Data verification and testing);
►You prepare and provide the data in a structured way for the regular performance reviews with our internal customers business partners. You act like a key account for an internal customer;
► You are responsible for collection, presentation and distribution of the global BSW targets. You ensure the timely availability of data as well as the distribution of information within our worldwide BSW network;
►You describe and document the Performance KPIs and Processes in our process landscape;
► You know about required competencies and create, based on that, a suitable training concept. Best practice sharing is part of your daily work;
► You'll be responsible for tracking of warehouse costs and saving measures (Corrective/Preventive Actions) and follow-up of initiatives together with the operational responsible units and evaluate their accomplishment.

► Bachelor or Master in related business technology required (Economics, Business Engineering or Supply Chain preferred)
► Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
► Enjoy working in teams and independently
► Strong communication skills, curious, flexible, enthusiastic
► String service mindset
► Know-how in physical Logistics processes in warehousing/distribution preferred, project management, controlling
► Languages : very good in English, German advantageous
