Position Summary:
The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, managing inventory, coordinating logistics, and ensuring the efficient flow of goods while maintaining safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
● Oversee inventory management processes to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and proper stock control.
● Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, order fulfillment, and repacking process.
● Coordinate logistics, including transportation planning, carrier selection, and shipment tracking, to meet delivery schedules.
● Work closely with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve operational issues and maintain strong relationships.
● Administer payment flows and maintain accurate records using systems and data sheets.
● Analyze warehouse performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.
● Develop and implement strategies to enhance supply chain efficiency and operational processes.
● Execute risk management and crisis protocols to address potential warehouse and logistics issues.
Minimum Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or related field preferred.
● Proficiency in ERP systems and inventory management software.
● Strong problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills.
● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and accuracy.
● Ability to travel frequently within the U.S. as required to support warehouse and logistics operations.
Preferred Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or related field preferred.
● At least 1 year of experience in warehouse or logistics management.
● Proficiency in ERP systems and inventory management software.
● Strong problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills.
● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and accuracy.
● Ability to travel frequently within the U.S. as required to support warehouse and logistics operations. 30-40% travel is required.
Salary Range $65,000 - $77,000
