• 1. Be the Talent Scout: You'll be leading the charge in recruiting and training for new store openings. We want our teams to be top-notch, and that starts with your guidance.

• Years of experience: 3+ years of multi-store leadership experience REQUIRED.
• 1. Retail Management Pro: You've got a track record of managing high-volume stores, ideally overseeing five or more locations.
