The Role:
The Paid Social Media Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid social campaigns across platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, and Pinterest. This role manages end-to-end campaign setup, daily monitoring, and ongoing performance optimization to achieve client goals. The specialist prepares and analyzes performance reports, supports client communications, contributes to strategic planning and presentations, and collaborates closely with senior team members. Staying current with platform updates and continuously developing expertise in paid social best practices are essential for success in this position.
The ideal candidate for this role will live in the St. Louis, MO metro area. Our St. Louis based team comes together 2 or 3 days a week to collaborate in our office space in "The Grove" neighborhood.
