Jira Specialist (ETL and Data Validation Specialist)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Entry and Management:
• Accurately input, update, and maintain data in JIRA.
• Prepare upload files and ensure data integrity and consistency.
• Assist in data cleansing and preparation for analysis.
2. Data Analysis:
• Utilize MS Excel to perform data analysis, including PivotTables and advanced functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, comparisons, and conditions).
• Assist JIRA admin with validating upload files provided by other teams.
3. Collaboration and Communication:
• Work collaboratively with different teams to understand their needs and provide timely support.
• Ensure data requirements are met.

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data entry and analysis.
• Ability to identify and correct errors to maintain data integrity.
