Position Purpose
- To drive efficiency in the recruitment process for all Mining temporary placements
- Successfully mobilise candidates to ensure a safe and success return to and from site for all shutdown and projects based work
- To develop a sound understanding of the Mining recruitment industry and the structure of the mining recruitment process
- Support candidate availability, candidate screening and FIFO mobilisation availability
- Understand the different “end user” site requirements across multiple Mine sites and the intricacies of the variety of qualifications, ticket, induction and pre-employment medical requirements
- To conduct administration duties including uploading of compliance documents to Bullhorn coupled with data entry of candidates and client’s information into Bullhorn
- Be across strict client timelines and achieve deadlines to ensure successful mobilisation of temporary candidate placements
- Instill, believe and live the values of the client
Duties & Responsibilities
Mobilisation & Site Compliance
Manage the onboarding of Mining Trade & Non-Trade candidates which varies from client to client based on the site and “end user”.
- Standard process includes following client specific onboarding process to deliver 100% compliance across each candidate mobilisation pack
- Manage naming conventions and organisation for tickets and qualifications
- Book pre-employment medicals and D&A’s for candidates
- Manage and control communication gaps in mob packs to candidates
- Meet strict deadlines to ensure candidates are approved.
- Book courses, if necessary, for site specific tickets
- Communicate and liaise to client mobilisation team and/or hiring manager
- Conduct candidate, talent pooling, screening and availability
- Conduct references as and when required
General Administration
- Understand temporary paperwork and onboarding 2XM standard onboarding process
- Learn to efficiently navigate around Bullhorn and other 2XM software platforms
- Receiving mail and distributing to correct stakeholder
- Support HSEQ function as required to drive full compliance across qualifications and ticket end dates
- Take on initiatives and project work as directed by Management team
- Perform duties in accordance with 2XM Recruit Pty Ltd policies and procedures
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline).
- Atleast 2 years experience in AU recruitment onboarding or mobilization is required, preferably has experience in candidate pooling and availability management.
- Proven experience in an administrative and process-oriented role.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively engage and build rapport with Australian candidates.
- Demonstrated ability to proactively follow up on and secure required compliances, tickets, and licenses.
- Prior experience working in a mining or blue-collar environment is highly desirable.
