About the Role

We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist with proven experience across Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads to take charge of paid media campaigns and deliver measurable results.

This role is central to driving our growth—and that of our clients.

What You'll Be Doing

• End-to-End Campaign Management: Plan, build, launch, monitor, and optimise paid ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok Ads, and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube).
• Audience Targeting: Craft detailed audience segmentation and lookalike strategies based on customer journey, funnel stage, and campaign goals.
• Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the design and content team to brief and guide the development of scroll-stopping ad creatives.
• Funnel Strategy: Build and test full-funnel ad strategies—from cold outreach to retargeting to nurture.
• Performance Optimisation: Monitor KPIs daily, conduct A/B testing, and implement data-driven tweaks to improve ROAS and conversion metrics.
• Reporting & Insights: Deliver weekly/monthly reports on campaign performance and insights. Make strategic recommendations for scaling.
• Budget Management: Manage and forecast budgets effectively, scaling spend on high-performing campaigns while reducing waste.

• 3+ years in performance marketing, digital advertising, or paid media roles.
• Deep, hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok for Business, and Google Ads Platform.
• Proven ability to optimise ad performance based on key KPIs like CPA, ROAS, CTR, and CVR.
• Strong analytical mindset and familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, GA4, and Looker Studio.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to explain data-backed recommendations to both internal teams and clients.
• Results-oriented and relentless in pursuit of performance goals.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with HubSpot or other CRM systems.
• Familiarity with eCommerce, Web3, or gaming ad ecosystems.
• Confidence in managing large budgets across multiple accounts and audiences.
• Working knowledge of Klaviyo, Shopify, or landing page builders (like Unbounce or Webflow).
